Clear Restoration Billing and Insurance Documentation
Insurance-related restoration work requires clear scopes, photographs, itemized estimates and records of services actually performed. TRC helps property owners organize this construction documentation and communicate the technical details of mitigation and repair work to their assigned adjusters.
Where authorized by the owner and accepted by the insurer, TRC may submit estimates and invoices to the carrier or other designated payee. Payment timing, deductibles, coverage decisions, mortgage-company requirements and any remaining owner obligation are determined by the policy, written contract and parties involved; direct billing is not a guarantee of direct or full payment.

Contractor Documentation Is Not Public Adjusting
TRC provides restoration, estimating and construction services. We do not represent ourselves as an insurer or offer legal advice, and coverage determinations remain with the carrier and policy terms.
For disputed coverage or claim representation, property owners should consult an appropriately licensed public adjuster or attorney where permitted by law.
